Transfer process

Initiate transfer

Landlord initiates the transfer from the property dashboard. Specify the new owner and transfer type (sale, gift, inheritance, restructure).

Upload title documents

Attach C of O, deed of assignment, survey plan, and any other title documents required.

Both parties confirm

Transferor and transferee both digitally sign off on the transfer. Porchplus notifies both.

Ownership transferred

Property moves to new owner's account. All leases, tenants, and history migrate automatically.
