Who can join the affiliate program?
Anyone with an audience of property owners, developers, or real estate professionals. This includes agents, consultants, bloggers, YouTubers, industry associations, and relocation services.
How is commission calculated?
You earn a percentage of the subscription fee paid by referred customers — not a flat fee. If they upgrade their plan, your commission increases too.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month's confirmed earnings. We pay via Nigerian bank transfer (NGN) or international wire (USD).
What happens if a referred customer cancels?
Commission is only paid on active subscriptions. If a customer cancels, future commission stops. Commission already earned and paid is not clawed back.
Can I refer other affiliates?
Not currently. We run a single-tier affiliate program — you earn on your direct referrals only.
